Well, wasn’t October 17 a highlight of 2025. That night, I was inducted into the Canadian Songwriters Hall Of Fame. LEGENDS. It was a wonderful evening dedicated to the celebration of song with fellow inductees Gino Vanelli, Jane Sibery, Rik Emmett and Andy Kim.
It meant a lot to me that Murray McLauchlan inducted me and that my family, including my grandchildren and their spouses, all came out to help celebrate such a wonderful honour.
Wow. It just could not have been more overwhelming to me, maybe even the pinnacle of my career. Lovely just lovely.
